PHOTON Consulting is a global research and consultancy firm focused on the fast growing global photovoltaic market within the solar power sector. PHOTON Consulting provides consulting, data, research and analysis to our global clientele, allowing solar PV business executives to make actionable decisions and anticipate future trends in an evolving global PV sector.

Now, we are looking for aspiring marketing and sales professionals. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals looking to build a resume, develop and sharpen business skills, use their bi-lingual skills in the Asia-Pacific market, earn extra money while in school and/or start an exciting career in the dynamic solar energy sector.

What is your role?
This role will help PHOTON Consulting drive new relationships and revitalize past relationships in the Asia-Pacific market with PHOTON’s Research Reports product offering. Compensation for this position is incentive based with an aggressive bonus structure.  Motivated, hard-working candidates can earn between $500 and $1000 per week. Based upon performance, successful candidates seeking to start a career will have an opportunity to move to a base salary plus commission program. Additionally, after a year of successful performance, there are promotional opportunities to advance into our professional business development sales role.

This role is an exciting opportunities for graduating high school students and college students with fluent bi-lingual skills in Mandarin, Korean or Japanese.
H1B sponsorship may be available for international students after promoted to professional business development team.

Job Requirements:
•        Outbound Calls selling Photon’s premier programs
•        2-3 hours of phone time
•        Ability to interpret and use calling guides effectively.
•        Ability to clearly communicate product value to prospective relationships.
•        Thorough documentation of each contact using CRM.
•        Set appointments
•        Listening Skills
•        Closing Skills
